OR (I got a theory) Someone raised the idea that the bottled water would be seen on TV (again) and it didn't pay a single cent to the senate pantry or somethin'. The other senators overheard it, they got the idea and did something about it. Knowing the Senate --- THEY ALWAYS WANTED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT ANYTHING. Attention: San Miguel Corp., Marketing Dept, distributors of Absolute Drinking Water....Call the Senate's procurement and make a deal. Cmon, this is huge advertising for you guys.
