Jessica, for the record, El Ateneo is a old theatre not an opera house. I was actually there last year. Unfortunately, there are only two shelves for books written in English. The attendants are clones of Ricky Martin and the cashiers are superstars of Mexican telenovelas. Oddly I got a copy of very thick Journal of Sylvia Plath at US $40. Crazy huh, I wanted to send it to you but I didnt have your mailing address.
