		<description>I remember when I was in the hospital, and the nurses would burst through the room each morning with a loud and cheerful good morning, and there I was--anxious, hurting all over, feeling sorry for myself, and with about five minutes' worth of sleep. My favorite fantasy then was to pull the catheter and shove it into them, and sing "My Favorite Things." Never fail to make me smile.
These days, all the counselling I need is a few bottles of sanmig light while watching boston legal, and saying out loud "denny crane," every 10 seconds or so. 
For the others, thank God for these counsellors. I don't suppose you'd volunteer?</description>
