Daniel Day Lewis also guested on Oprah to talk about his film but ended up talking about Heath instead. I got so teary eyed. His words seemed so sincere and heartfelt.

I love Newsweek's Oscar Roundtable. This year was a particularly exciting combination -- dash of French madamoiselle, Britons and good ole Georgie and Angie. I continue to shake my head in disbelief it was Marion Cotillard who was sitting there meekly when I just saw her as Edith Piaf. Oh and there goes Ellen Page in her Juno-ish tone. I wouldn't know what question to throw next have I been in David Ansen's place. Whew!

Daniel dedicated his award to Heath Ledger during his speech. He even mentioned how intense Heath was in the last scene of Brokeback. When he said that, the whole world listened and agreed with him. Now I'm pretty sure "Brokeback.." would be a bestseller in DVD in the coming weeks.

===============
Meanwhile Angelina Jolie, Marion Cotillard, and Ellen Page look at these prime examples of the male of the species and think, Men are goats.

<--have you even even watched La Vie en Rose?

He is just brilliant brilliant brilliant brilliant brilliant in There Will Be Blood. I wouldn't have minded playing Eli Sunday. He can slap me around anytime he wants.

Yeah, I think he's the only one who could pull off the look he had last night. Don't even think Brad Pitt can duplicate it. Props to him for mentioning Heath Ledger.
