In bookstores sooner than you think
Twisted 8 1/2 hits the stores very, very soon. The “1/2” is because I love the Fellini movie and because the book is half as thick as the regular Twisted books. Retail price: Only Php 100. Signings to be announced. Reserve your copies now. Post your full name and email address, the number of copies you want to order, and the National Bookstore branch nearest you (Because our sales office is not psychic), in Comments (they won’t be published). We’ll forward your orders to the bookstores and you will receive an email from National when they’re ready.
Unfortunately we cannot give you signed copies. The books will go to the branches directly from the warehouse. The schedule of book signings will be announced later.
Definition of “soon”: According to my book publisher, the copies will be delivered to the bookstores starting tomorrow, meaning the bookstores in Metro Manila should be selling them by the weekend. Add a week for stores outside MM.

Thank you for posting your advance orders, we’ve been swamped. You should be hearing from the NBS branch near you soon (I will remind them daily). Keep posting your advance orders; on the 21st we’ll hold a raffle and give away more books.

Thanks again; we’re running out of copies and expect a new batch from the printers soon. By now your orders should be available at your neighborhood bookstore.
We are no longer accepting reservations.
If you can’t find a copy or need to buy ten copies or more for Xmas presents, please leave a message here.

Ooooohhh, I hate you, Jessica! Here I am feeling really pleased about myself when I told a friend a few days ago that the only thing I want for Christmas is ‘world peace’ and that no material thing can make me any happier. Now I would have to take it all back!
How soon is sooner than you think? I don’t think it can be soon enough for me.

I like the look of the book. From the photos, it reminds me of a Moleskin.

There will be a book signing! Excellent!
I still haven’t forgiven myself for missing the Twisted 8 book signing you had right across the street from where I live.

Just bought your book and am now reading it. It’s all about technology? Loving it so far.

can’t you just have one of these http://www.ondemandbooks.com/home.htm installed in your favorite coffee shop or apartment and be your own publisher? and is it IP infringement if I could customize a different cover art of your book on those?

Finished your book. More! It’s actually a great idea to publish your book this way because a) it’s only P100; your readers and potential readers wouldn’t think twice buying it right away, and b) the size makes it very handy, and easier to whip out and read in the cab or on the bus. You could actually publish editions like this every month (every other week?) and people will buy them (para lang nagpa-load sa cellphone)

I also hope you will have a book signing here in Davao. I will shamelessly bring all the books that I have of you and get them signed. Hehehe
