I was thinking of a Philippine Rugby Team calendar like the WI’s.
Hear me out.
These guys probably look good in rugby shoes and not much else. The calendars will sell like, um, smut. Great for raising money to cover their uniforms and airfares.
Where can we watch them play? My partner played rugby a lot growing up in Kent. He misses it and wants to see (and maybe play) a little bit. I’m in it for the popcorn. Or whatever edibles they have.

Of course that’s one of the first things we thought of. Will suggest it. Have already suggested a redesign of the uniform.
The PRFU has been around since 1999, long before the rest of us got interested in the game, and what we’re now seeing is the result of years of effort.
The PRFU site has a schedule of rugby union matches. The Philippine team only assembles for international matches, I think the next one is in Shanghai.

First of all, how exciting and wonderful to discover we have rugby team! Second, I totally agree with your theory of World Domination. My aunt used to say this, that the world will be fed adobo, one mouth at a time, and I’ve actually seen this in action at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NY, on a weekday, in the cafeteria. Tables of New York kids being fed adobo and rice baon by their yayas.
Going through this post, and so delighted to discover that one of the players is my cousin in law Philip Benares Abraham!
