The Little Prince Moleskine
The special edition Le Petit Prince Moleskine is now available at selected National Bookstores.
This notebook (available in two sizes, in plain and lined) features the familiar illustrations from Antoine de Saint-Exupery’s much-loved work. There’s a cutout enclosed that you can turn into a pretty mobile.
The Little Prince is a charming book. It’s the pretentious devotees I find ridiculous—the way they go on and on as if it were the deepest, most profound work they’d ever read. Which come to think of it is probably true. (Note: If the theme is clearly stated, analysis is redundant.)
The author, an aviator working with the Free French Forces in World War II, disappeared on a mission in 1944. I like him.
Le Petit Prince Moleskines retail at P995 for the pocket notebooks and P1380 for the large notebooks.

Whoops, sorry, please don’t post the previous comment. Correction:
“The Little Prince is a charming book. It’s the pretentious devotees I find ridiculous”–moi aussi, and I’m always chagrined when they are chagrined that it’s not my favorite book. Of course I like it, but there is no Favorite Book, I tell them.

I love this collection! Here’s what I got myself: http://trivialandthisworldly.blogspot.com/2011/05/yes-i-hoard-moleskines.html
I’m a big Moleskine fan! (And I don’t have to pay as much as you do in the Philippines – quite overpriced, very sad!)
