PS. Big fan of you, Miss JZ. i’ve followed your coverage on the Volcanoes, although I am still in the process of basically understanding rugby. cheers.
Based on the twitter response that these billboards are getting, it looks like the Volcanoes are well on their way :)
Although there was one tweet that I didn’t appreciate, kept saying that the Volcanoes are lame (being Fil-foreigners and all). I lost my cool and let him have it. Sorry.
I posted a link to this article on my Twitter account (and retweeted this to Ned Stephenson, hee) and a friend of mine later tweeted back by asking for “extra rice.” In a matter of speaking, ahem.
In any case, between this billboard in Guadalupe and Ed Westwick for Penshoppe in Kamuning, traffic in EDSA is automatically going straight to hell.
My husband pointed the posters out to me at the Bench underwear store in Alabang Town Center. My first thought was “Oh, si Patrice yun a.” Feeling close dahil sa blog na ito!
I saw this the other day, pero it was night and I saw the volcanoes logo too late (the cab was passing by the bridge) so I wasn’t able to identify who all the abs belonged to..
:D
Could soomeone pretty pretty pretty please with cherries on top identify the guys in the gigantic billboards? (WHICH ONE IS PATRICE?! I can’t view the photos clearly and I don’t go south that often :( )
happy coz more people are getting to know the team. sad because of the negative tweets that I’ve read about these billboards. *sigh* can’t have it all.
the Pasig River… is it really the rain that caused it to look like gravy? clearly, I’m not having the best thoughts right now.
same sentiments as bella at #15. i know several people who love driving through that part of edsa despite the traffic, but online I’ve read comments claiming the billboards were a little too much. oh well.
I saw the billboards just this afternoon. I saw the pictures of the billboards here at natuwa ako, pero iba yung feeling pag kaharap mo na talaga. The other passengers might have thought that there’s something wrong with me, pero keri lang. The billboard is niiiiice. I hope more people will support the Volcanoes now. Hihi.

And they are off! (both literally and figuratively)
Congratulations to the Philippine Volcanoes and you Jessica.
Mayhaps they stun their way into the Filipinos’ consciousness.

Thanks everyone, but I have nothing to do with the billboards. Bench is a major sponsor of the team.
Could we not be so. . .effusive about their physical attributes, I still have to look them in the eye.

I posted this and the link to your blog archive on my FB page. My way of “letting them go”. Hahaha!

Patrice is on the billboard with three guys, scowling between Kenny and Chris.

it’s a pretty scowl. haha. hay Patrice, a bright ray of sunshine in my gloomy day.
at syempre napa-sign up ako sa wordpress para lang makapag-comment tungkol sa kanya. haha.
