Speaking of book covers, I find this site –> http://lousybookcovers.tumblr.com/ hilarious. Granted that these are self-published ebooks but like the site owner said, just because you can doesn’t mean you should.

Hi Jessica – this is unrelated, but I don’t know how to contact you, so here I am commenting. Remember that contest you did way, way back? (Lit Wit Challenge 2.9, in case you don’t.) I managed to churn a full short story out of the scene I wrote, and – surprise! – got it published in this week’s issue of the Philippines Graphic. Cheesy as it is, I thought I should thank you for holding that contest and inspiring me.
