Cha made this set of postcards for From the Heart, an art fundraiser for Diame Alba Dumaup.

Hello! Is the top image also one of her works? At first glance it glaringly looks like a simplified version of Audrey Kawasaki’s art and style. http://www.audrey-kawasaki.com/index.php. Is this only a coincidence?

From Cha: The rendition of the artist is inspired by the styles of James Jean, Yoshitomo Nara, and yes, Audrey Kawazaki, among many others. Locally, Mary Ann Licudine, a well-known stylised illustrator, is another influence. All images though are original, never before published works of the artist, a lover of contemporary illustration.
