In traffic: Pay toilet rates
Seen in traffic on EDSA, Guadalupe, Makati: Pay toilet rates “wee-wee 3 pesos, poo-poo 5 pesos”. Is the user required to announce whether he intends to do number one or number two, or does someone do a spot check afterwards?

I’ve used it once. There was a long queue and when my turn came, I told the fee collector in the most discreet way I could: “Tae po.”

In other public toilets, walang tabo. Bibigyan ka nila ng tabo pag sinabi mo na you would do number 2. =)
