Happy birthday Jake! I wish you happiness, contentment and lots of playtime!
I have several questions:
1. A lot of friends are now on their way to becoming citizens of Canada. Should I give this a try?
2. If not Canada, which country in the world would you recommend?
3. I have a friend who is always ranting to us in our whatsapp group. I find her rants mostly annoying, self centered, and coming from an I can do no wrong perspective. Whenever I give feedback she just brushes it off. When we stay quiet she asks why we are quiet. What to do?

1. Are you genuinely interested in becoming a Canadian, or are you hypnotized by Justin Trudeau’s socks? If you are genuinely interested, I say go for it. Although some would say what the hell, go for it anyway since the process takes a long time and you don’t know how you’ll feel then.
2. My human loves the Czech Republic, which is poised to elect a populist zillionaire as prime minister so we shall see. Scandinavia sounds good.
3. You have already made your reactions known to her and she dismisses you. Leave the group, or delete her.

Investing sounds wise. My human is a financial idiot, and over the years her wiser friends have been advising her to be more conscious of her financial position. What she remembers from their sermons is to invest only what you can afford to lose, and to spread the money around.
She says to remind you that after she went to her first cat cafe in Seoul she said, “Let’s open a cat cafe!” and you said, “But there are so many cats in the city, why would people go to a cafe to pet them?” Ayan! Anyway she and Anne are working on the cat T-shirts. Everyone loves cat T-shirts.
I recommend a business having to do with cats and dogs, like grooming salons or catsitters/dog walkers or organic food.

eztv: Thank you! This is what you do.
1. Read the classics. There’s no way around it, you’ll have to read the great books. Homer, Dante, Shakespeare, the O.T., Tolstoy, Austen, the works, and if you find that list too white, look up the classics of world literature. The purpose of all this reading is to wire your brain for optimal thinking.
2. Now that you know how to think, figure out what you want to do. This can take many years, entire lifetimes for some. Ask yourself what makes you happy, and don’t worry about whether you can make money off it. Monetizing your life is the quickest way to unhappiness.
3. Having figured out what you want to do, ask yourself if you are good at it. We all can’t be professional tennis players or figure skaters. If your answer is No, go back to 2.
4. Do the thing.

Hello Jacob. Belated happy birthday! I wish you a lifetime of happiness and endless carefree days.
I’m Monica, aka Muning ang dating kuting , na ngayon ay pusang dalaginding.
My human wrote Saffy last June to ask advice about me. After 4 months, I can say I’m lucky indeed to have a mom and 2 brothers who take care and love me. Plus a vet who monitors my health and some friendly admirers who smile at my antics.
My mom and brothers adopted two kittens last September 29 from a friend. She named them Holden and Jay. Both tabbies, one is ginger (Holden) all over while the other one (Jay) looks like a small version of you, but with a long straight tail. Holden has a short, twisted tail.
At first I was a bit insecure and didn’t like them because mom, Kuya Jed and Kuya Uno’s attention were all over them. I used to be the baby in the family then came these two wild fur balls that roll all over. But I accepted the fact that I have to live with them and we are all equally love by our mom and kuyas.
I feel like Holden and Jay’s big sister so I act like one. When I can. I ate their left over meal and don’t poke their eyes anymore. They are choosy and don’t like the current kitty food so mom always make something special for them. Jay, I observed eats and sleeps a lot while Holden is the opposite. When hungry, both of them look at mom with tender eyes and sweet meowing voices that melt her heart. They are young so it’s not an insidious act.
My question is this: Will I have kittens someday? One of my mom’s friends advised her that I should be spayed but she said she wanted me to experience how to be a mom myself. Do you see my future, Jacob? I’m still dalaginding and only see other cats when I look at the windows. I can’t say much about them for now.

Dear Muning,
Thank you for your kind greeting. My human had me neutered when I adopted her. She decided to have me neutered because I was just old enough to start wandering at mating season and it is unsafe to wander around our neighborhood. Also I would get into fights and with my bad leg I would probably get clobbered.
You and your human have to decide between having kittens and staying safe and healthy. There are enough stray cats in need of care, and while curtailing our kitty nature may seem cold, it’s a decision we are all comfortable with.

Hello, sussiethepussie. I recommend working on paper as it forces you to focus. Write a story outline and break it down into scenes. Draw four large squares on a sheet of paper. Assign a scene to each square. Divide each square into as many squares as the scene will require. Continue until all the scenes are contained in squares. I don’t know anything about making comics so I invented this answer. Toodles!
