Why are you reading this when you could be watching Source Code?
We like Source Code so much we’re not even going to try to tell you what it’s about lest we reveal too much or even point your thinking in the right direction. Which is what happened after we read a review this weekend. It didn’t spoil our enjoyment but it did take out the mystery-solving aspect of the viewing.
All you need to know is, Watch Source Code.
Duncan Jones is a credit to his original name, Zowie Bowie. Vivien noted that Source Code still has a Moon vibe, which works for me. Some accommodation may have been made for the mass market–what are you gonna do, they need to make some bucks. Ahh Jake, Jake, Jake, why would we even wish to quit you.
(Gloating: My sister and I are pretty good whammy predictors.
The Crying Game: “Lalake yan.” Was anyone in the Philippines fooled?
The Sixth Sense: “Patay na yan.” As anyone who watched a lot of Twilight Zone would guess.
300: “Mamamatay yan.” History.
Romeo and Juliet: The girls sitting behind us actually said, “Huwag naman sana!” Tanga.
The Usual Suspects and Se7en: Why would you cast Kevin Spacey you know he’s evil.)
