Two hours before the match and I’m all frazzled nerves. Not that I don’t believe in the undercat, but simply that the overcat has been so much trouble! This time, though, I will believe thoroughly that Roger will win. I promise to relax the rest of the year when he gets this.
It would just be great if Federer matches Sampras’s record today and then goes on to break it in Wimbledon 2009 in a rematch against Nadal. Ahh… If only this is a movie and I’m directing.
I guess Pistol Pete’s wished really hard for a delay in the 14th GS. He wants to be in attendance when Roger matches his record, but says Australia is too far. He wants 14 and/or 15 at Wimbly and USO.
Well, he could miraculously win the French Open. And then breaks Sampras’s record in The Wimbledon. That would be an even better movie… if it were a movie.
I still believe that this is the year that Roger Federer breaks the record.
