Has Manny Villar bought the whole Philippines? If the BIR is looking for means to boost its collection revenue they should talk to this guy. Would you vote for a man who makes a mockery of “air time limits” by using his female partymates in his TV ads (“hindi naman akin yung ads na yun,sa mga kababaihan yun sa partido ko”) And yet he appears in those ads.
