Yay The Tudors are back! Review your royal history at Pop Tudors. After watching the first episode of season 3, go to Raucous Royals to compare the historical Tudors with the TV Tudors. Judging from the Holbein portrait, Jonathan Rhys Meyers’ waistline is only slightly smaller than the real Henry VIII’s ankle.

I got hooked with Tudor history by reading Philippa Gregory’s novels and I started researching stuff about King Henry VIII and his wives. I’m starting to watch the Tudors, currently on episode 2 season 1. I must say I got a little turned off when Henry’s sisters Mary and Margaret were combined into one person. But meh… I shouldn’t expect accuracy from this.
