Free for free
Putting his, uh, no money where his mouth is, Chris Anderson has made his book Free available for free on the net. You can’t download or print it, but you can read it on the browser.
Update. Several readers have pointed out that there is a geographical restriction on the site. So Free is NOT free to everyone. Oops.
Oddly enough I can see it. Does this mean I’m in many places at once? Haha.

The site said the content is geographically restricted, whatever that means :)
Your blogful of wisecracks usually makes my day. Keep them coming!

i got this message
“Sorry, this content is geographically restricted
Due to our agreements with our publishing partners, the document you requested is only available to users located in the United States.”

I checked it, it says it’s only available to browsers in the United States. Hmm.

Try viewing the page via a proxy site (www.kproxy.com) to mask your IP. I was able to view the page that way. Kproxy replicates Jessica’s quasi-omnipressence quite beatifully, haha.

there is a way to get around the geographical restriction.
i’m not sure if i can post it here though.

The kproxy.com workaround is no longer working. Any other new solution?
