Bahay Bata at Twickenham Stadium
In the morning the kids toured Twickenham Stadium (seating capacity: 82,000) in London, home of England rugby.
They got to sit in the royal box, where the Queen and her family sit when they watch England matches.
In the afternoon Ambassador Reynaldo Catapang hosted merienda for the children at the Philippine Embassy. Pancit! Lechong manok! Everybody happy.
The field trip ended with a ride on the London Eye.
I noted that we’d been in England a week and they all shushed me. The tour ends in three days. Expect the waterworks.
