I love Wild Ginger’s Crispy Tawilis and Monggo. I became a fan of their Green Chicken Curry last week. Their regular Chicken Curry is also very tasty.

Hmm, I’ve never had champorado with dilis before. I have to give it a try, it sounds weird enough that it might actually work. =P

It’s only here in Manila that I tried champorado with dilis. At first I was skeptical. Where I’m from, champorado is consumed with milk and nothing else. But when I actually tried it, oh my God. Of course the quality of the dilis and the champorado matters. I prefer my champorado very rich and not too sweet and the dilis very crispy and boneless.
